SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICIES

Royal Treats & Designs Business Days and Hours of Operation are Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm CST not including Weekends, Public Holidays, and Out-of-Office Dates

Orders will not ship out on non-business days, nor are these days calculated as days in your shipping window.

Every order is shipped with FedEx Express Overnight .

There is 5-7 business day  processing window. Your order can be shipped at anytime with those 5-7 business days.

Once your order has be shipped you will receive your tracking information via email. Shipping usually takes 1 business day depending on your location.

Please make sure that you provide an accurate delivery address to avoid any delays to your order. We will not be responsible for inaccurate abbreviations, street numbers, or apartment numbers given at the time of purchasing your order.

  • We only resend an item and/or items if we have sent you the wrong item and/or items. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition and containers that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and photo proof.
